This is not the list of all the must-see places to visit in the pink city but the names of the different 100% Occitan burgers that the fine Toulous' hein team cooks for you! Jolimont is a double pure beef steak with eggplant and pan-fried mushrooms and cheddar cheese. Yummy! The Capitol is chicken with curry, onions and grilled peppers plus a Gruyère sauce... Re-miam! There is also a special with foie gras or a blacko with black bread... The brand offers a fast-good but regional version with its duck breast salad and makes life easier for students with its happy burgers!
