La Faim des haricots offers healthy and tasty vegetarian cuisine in the Occitan city.
Established almost 25 years ago, the Hunger of Beans is the pioneer of vegetarian cuisine in the Occitan city where there is no shortage of meaty pleasures! Today, there are three addresses to serve you: in the town centre, in Blagnac and in Labège. Here, the cuisine is healthy, tasty, sometimes surprising and, to make sure you don't spoil anything, you can eat as much as you want! The formula is simple, you compose your plate from five buffets: soups in winter with pistou, onion with croutons, various salads of quinoa or chickpeas, 3 savoury tarts at each service, dish of the day and desserts with orange, chocolate, vanilla ... The success being there, it's better to book.

Very nice concept, cozy and yummy foods, especially pies and hummus. Been longing for a good vegetarian in Toulouse and i found it. Friendly service. Will definitely come back.
On se sert aux différents buffets jusqu'à 3 au choix selon la formule choisie et à volonté.
Une très bonne découverte, je recommande
Buffet avec somme toute peu de choix.
Des tartes soient trop cuites soient trop molles.
Le plat du jour un peu quelconque.
Une cave à eviter quand c'est bien rempli.
J'éviterai.
