The lunch menu offers two starters, two main courses and two desserts. In the evening, it's a tasting formula with original preparations and flavors, all without using animal products. To whet your appetite: shitake cream with coffee, oyster mushrooms and cocoa nibs, butternut and sage ganache, pear, verjuice and sage meringue. We love it!

Food is interesting, savours are unique and different but portions are well too small. I mostly ate bread so I didn’t have to leave the restaurant starving. Food came at a good pace but took over 1h30min to get the desert through.
