The lunch menu offers two starters, two main courses and two desserts. In the evening, it's a tasting formula with original preparations and flavors, all without using animal products. To whet your appetite: shitake cream with coffee, oyster mushrooms and cocoa nibs, butternut and sage ganache, pear, verjuice and sage meringue. We love it!

J'y allais souvent avant que ça change de propriétaire pendant le COVID... je n'y étais pas retournée jusqu'à l'année dernière par peur d'être déçue.
Le concept a changé évidemment mais les mets proposés sont tout aussi délicieux, originaux et savoureux.
Si on veut découvrir un gastro végétarien (ou vegan), je recommande vivement.

Grosse déception sur le brunch. Peut être un mauvais jour. Au vu des commentaires je m'attendais a un certain niveau de cuisine avec des belles sensations gustatives. Étant végétarienne je n'ai rien trouvé de nouveau. Le plat était cher et décevant.
