At the heart of the Marché d'Intérêt National, Cuisine Mode d'Emploi has opened its doors to allow adults undergoing professional retraining to train in culinary techniques and the restaurant business. The restaurant of application, the well-named Court-circuit allows the practical application of good eating. In an industrial but welcoming setting, the open kitchen prepares complete menus that are renewed every day using products directly from the market and cooked on site. A shorter circuit than this one, difficult to find! The days of opening to the public are limited to Tuesdays and Fridays for lunch only. It is therefore strongly advised to book!
