At last, a more original culinary concept, off the beaten track and out of the food fashions. C.viche only offers... ceviches! But what's aco? It's a speciality that is enjoyed in Latin America, particularly in Peru. Raw fish, shellfish or seafood are cooked cold by the action of the acidity of the lime. The marinade can be garnished with coriander, crushed tomatoes, peppers, onions. The dish is then eaten with an accompaniment (rice, sweet potato, vegetable purée...). It's good, it's very fresh, slightly tangy and very dietetic! Pierre Roux plays with subtlety the phonetics between his name, the country of origin and his cooking!

Mais pour être tout à fait honnête, j'ai été assez déçu de la nourriture, ce n'était pas mal mais ce n'était pas le meilleur ceviche péruvien que j'ai jamais mangé. Je ne sais pas si c'était juste de la malchance ou si quelque chose s'est passé depuis les bonnes critiques précédentes.
La nourriture est très bien présentée mais le goût n'est certainement pas ce à quoi je m'attendais. Il s’est donc avéré que c’était une belle nourriture trop chère qui n’était pas si savoureuse.

After reading the reviews and looking at the photos I said to myself I must go and try this place out. But to be completely honest, I was quite disappointed with the food, it was not bad but it was not the best Peruvian ceviche I have ever had. Not sure if it was just bad luck or something has happened since the previous good reviews they have.
The food is presented very nicely but the taste is definitely not what I expected. So it turned out to be sort of overpriced nice looking food that is not so tasty.

Restaurant excellent . Bon rapport qualité pour du poisson . L’assiette est tellement belle on dirait de l’art ! Je recommande et j’adore ❤️
