At last, a more original culinary concept, off the beaten track and out of the food fashions. C.viche only offers... ceviches! But what's aco? It's a speciality that is enjoyed in Latin America, particularly in Peru. Raw fish, shellfish or seafood are cooked cold by the action of the acidity of the lime. The marinade can be garnished with coriander, crushed tomatoes, peppers, onions. The dish is then eaten with an accompaniment (rice, sweet potato, vegetable purée...). It's good, it's very fresh, slightly tangy and very dietetic! Pierre Roux plays with subtlety the phonetics between his name, the country of origin and his cooking!

Restaurant autour du Ceviche, peu de choix à la carte, gage de qualité. Les plats sont très bons et le service est super. Le plat avec l’accompagnement coûte 22€z Je recommande pour une belle expérience.

La cuisine est bonne et savoureuse, bien que les portions soient petites pour un plat à 22 euros. Le gros bémol étant le service... Apparemment la serveuse qui travaille en maillot de bain aurait préféré être à la plage... accueil et service désagréable. Je ne reviendrai pas.
