Address offering fish, shellfish or seafood specialities and a fresh dish.
At last, a more original culinary concept, off the beaten track and out of the food fashions. C.viche only offers... ceviches! But what's aco? It's a speciality that is enjoyed in Latin America, particularly in Peru. Raw fish, shellfish or seafood are cooked cold by the action of the acidity of the lime. The marinade can be garnished with coriander, crushed tomatoes, peppers, onions. The dish is then eaten with an accompaniment (rice, sweet potato, vegetable purée...). It's good, it's very fresh, slightly tangy and very dietetic! Pierre Roux plays with subtlety the phonetics between his name, the country of origin and his cooking!

This is a French - Peruvian fusion restaurant in Toulouse Centre Ville. My husband really wanted to try they Peruvian Ceviche, which he ordered, it came with white fish. They have a « vegan ceviche », it’s a very interesting choice. It came with tofu, some fresh fruits (mango and peach) and with a funny blue thing on top … it was blue spirulina! Very Interesting. Good taste but still I feel very skeptical about eating “ceviche” in Europe. For my daughter we ordered the “smashed sweet potato”. She liked it very much, but couldn’t try the ceviche because it is too spicy for her. They were very kind with her, they brought us some fresh bread because she was very hungry. They didn’t have an adapted seat for her, however they kindly brought some extra cushions. Dessert has nothing to do with Peruvian cuisine. I found it would have been nice to have some sweet specialties. So we tried the only options : French pies. We had the lemon and blueberry pie … Try not to arrive at 1pm because it is very busy. Book in earlier hours.
