A Japanese-style bistro has just opened near Place du Capitole. It's a long space, with the kitchen as a welcome area, and a refined, rustic choice of materials, so as not to distract the eye from the aesthetics of the black crockery revealing the colors of the beautifully prepared dishes. Aiko's fusion cuisine is both contemporary and cosmopolitan, with dishes featuring recipes from around the world and tapas inspired by Barcelona. As you can imagine, under the rising sun, a sun tinged with the Mediterranean! The menu includes traditional Japanese dishes, salads, ceviches and tartars. Le Futé wishes Aiko a long life.
