The Katana offers a culinary show by preparing specialities with Japanese plancha.
In Katana, everything happens behind the Japanese plancha that bears the name of Teppanyaki. This type of hot plate cooking was born in Kobe in 1945. For this particular technique, the chef's dexterity is required. A real culinary show takes place before your astonished eyes: shrimps, mushrooms, tofu twirl around while the utensils juggle from one hand to the other as the flame prepares to ignite the ingredients ready to be served!
