Speed, efficiency and Korean specialties at Boli Café. Located next to the Capitol, this small restaurant is hardly noticeable and yet it is recommended to venture there. The concept is simple: you choose a formula from the à la carte dishes. A must for a first try, the Bibimbap: sticky rice with vegetables, a choice of meat or tofu and a fried egg on top. It's served on a nice plate with aloe vera soup and drink. The Japchaebap is even more original: transparent sweet potato noodles seasoned with Kimchi, fermented cabbage sauce or kochujang made with chilli peppers. A taste trip to the Land of the Morning Calm!

J'y suis déjà allez plusieurs fois, et après mon dernier repas, je me devais de poster un avis ! Une cuisine très bonne, une présentation charmante, une ambiance chaleureuse, et un prix qui convient aux petites bourses pour un repas de qualité ! Les plats sont varié (option tofu partout pour les végé !), la soupe est à tomber par terre... bref je conseille vivement, n'hésitez pas franchement, une expérience sympa à Toulouse !
