This small, rustic establishment has the smell of authenticity. From starters to desserts, everything is homemade by the chef and boss, according to the Cantal tradition. On the menu, bourriols with Auvergne, aligot, truffade with fresh cantal cheese, tripoux d'Auvergne... not forgetting the cold meats and cheeses, selected with the greatest care. Because the company is particularly concerned about the quality of its raw products, right down to the quality of its coffees! Keep at all costs a place for the dessert: the sweet chestnut is a total success, as for the iced nougat, it is incomparable. The drinks menu is very complete. A very good address.

The restaurant welcomes you all year round. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 12:00 to 13:30 and from 19:30 to 21:30; Saturdays and Sundays from November to February from 19:30 to 21:30.
