Good address offering starters to home-made desserts with quality raw products.
This small, rustic establishment has the smell of authenticity. From starters to desserts, everything is homemade by the chef and boss, according to the Cantal tradition. On the menu, bourriols with Auvergne, aligot, truffade with fresh cantal cheese, tripoux d'Auvergne... not forgetting the cold meats and cheeses, selected with the greatest care. Because the company is particularly concerned about the quality of its raw products, right down to the quality of its coffees! Keep at all costs a place for the dessert: the sweet chestnut is a total success, as for the iced nougat, it is incomparable. The drinks menu is very complete. A very good address.

Nous étions une table de 8! On s'est tout simplement régalé du début à la fin! Que ce soit l'aligot ou la truffade tout était excellent et à un prix très abordable! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés! Pensez à réserver car la salle est petite ce qui rend le restaurant très convivial!

En tant qu'auvergnate expatriée dans le sud, ce restaurant m'a fait replonger dans mes racines ! Accueil, service, plats : tout est parfait. A conseiller !
