Good address offering great classics, meat and fish dishes, a hamburger.
The Coast and the Edge is the fourth establishment of the same type, founded by Ivan and Benoît Chambon, after taking place in Labège, Aucamville and Montauban. The frame is pleasant, very careful, with a brick wall and a nice terrace for the beautiful days. The service is very professional, with the smile of the servers! And then of course, we eat well at the Coast and the Edge: great classics, meat and fish dishes, such as 300 g tender, duck magret, coasted coasted, plancha salmon, farmer's coast, Samaran duck hearts, calf's kidney, loin sauce, loin sauce, beef tartar, or hamburger… A very good address!
