Make no mistake, Mon Canard is not a familiar expression of sympathy but a restaurant in Toulouse. Here, the concept is the all-duck. An address that declines in the plates the regional cuisine where the duck is king. Breast, confit, foie gras, Gascon salad, candied gizzards, minced, andouillette... you have a wide choice. Each dish is served with vegetables or homemade fries at will, cooked in duck fat as it should be! The completely renovated restaurant benefits from a pretty terrace where it is good to eat and relax because you will have understood it, difficult to leave lightly once the plate is eaten, especially since the slate remains reasonable!
