Since the recent closure of Vital, the last remaining shop in Houeillès, villagers have been able to count on the services of l'Epi se Rit, a mobile grocery store run by Estelle Labadie from the neighboring Landes region. In her truck, you'll find all the essentials: fruit, vegetables, eggs, cheese, meat, preserves, cleaning products, small hardware items and local produce. For even better service, home delivery is available for those who can't get there, but only by order.
