In Saint Orens, at the gates of the pink city, insects are produced for consumption! Micronutris is high in minerals, rich in minerals, protein and omegas 3, and sugar-poor. In particular, the company grows tones and grumbles, fed with good carrots and courgettes without pesticides. These two species, easy to raise without breaking the environment, lend themselves to many culinary preparations. Micronutris proposes, among other things, to sprinkle a few crickets, crumbling crumbs, on a soup soup, or crowning a slit with a caramelized "cry-Cree"!
