At the entrance of St-Gaudens, Valentine side. An inn as we don't see many anymore and that we are pleased to find. Large tables, a rustic room, exposed beams, a fireplace, with wood-fired grills on the menu. The stable is rustic and country. A traditional house with the appearance of a family pension without fuss. The cuisine is family-style, simple and regional, always faithful to the classic dishes. And the bill is not too high for a good and generous meal because you eat to your heart's content. Authentic setting and warm atmosphere.
