A beautiful table to discover in the lower town of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges. Refined cuisine and impeccable service.

A beautiful table to discover in the lower town of St-Bertrand-de-Comminges. Certainly, a less touristic place than the upper town but worth the detour when going to Valcabrère. Superb view on the chevet of the cathedral, small square shaded by plane trees, small stream and semi-gastro restaurant at very low prices. Here the cooking is not only refined but the plates are copious and varied. The dessert menu is revisited every day according to the mood of the house. Le futé liked the éclair ricotta with fresh herbs and beet and the ballotin of poultry with yellow wine.

Une cuisine originale, goûteuse et généreuse. Des attentions gourmandes du début à la fin, l'apéritif est accompagné d'amuse-bouches excellents et le café de douceurs maison.
