At the Auberge des Palmiers, the chef revisits all the classics of the culinary art of the South-West but presented with gourmet flavors from outside our hexagon: Minute mackerel with spinach-ricotta lemon and yuzu gel, Roasted calf sweetbreads with shallots confit and parmesan cream, Pigeon fillets, beet coulis, almond-hazelnut praline... Très bon repas . Tout fait maison avec une petite touche féminine de décoration sur chaque plat. Dommage cette salle d’un autre temps. Mais je recommande ce lieu.

Nous nous sommes régalés du début jusqu'à la fin. Une très belle découverte gustative. L'accueil et le service au top. Merci pour nos papilles... A très bientôt.

La propriétaire s'est démenée pour nous proposer une entrée plus pratique pour entrer mon père sur le fauteuil !!!
Le repas était esquis,les les plats bien goûteux,la présentation alléchante!!!
