Le Carroussel is a beautiful address, just the way we like it! Not very visible if you don't know it, as it's on the road to Quint. But once you've found it, you're in for a real treat. A quality menu, impeccable service and a very mixed clientele. A bistronomic restaurant just the way we like it. Two beautiful rooms with a decor inspired by nature, sober and contemporary, colored just right in a soothing green, fireplace for gray days, beautiful terrace for summer evenings. It's all about the food, and we love it! Chickpea soup, curry cream, Effiloché of duck confit with dried fruit, Niçoise ratatouille, cumin seed jus.

Nous étions dans une salle rien que pour le groupe.
Le personnel est sympathique et efficace.
La cuisine est de grande qualité et recherchée (belle présentation).
J’ai personnellement opté pour la côte de bœuf à partager : viande tendre, goûteuse, cuit à la perfection, un bon rapport qualité prix
