Discover the Canal du Midi on board the Surcouf barge. Les Croisières en eau douce have been sailing you since 1968. You will board a real barge, an old barge that used to transport cereals on the canal.

It is the only barge-restaurant that sails on one of the most original parts of the Canal du Midi, with its oval locks neither transformed nor concreted. The history of inland navigation and the Canal du Midi will be recounted to you during a lively and instructive commentary. The menu is concocted on board by the chef. Croisiere agreable explications interessantes accueil souriant cependant petit bemol niveau repas il faudrait augmenter les quantités de protéines et reduire la salade...mais .nous avons passé une belle croisière dans l ensemble

Nous avons passé une belle journée à bord du Peniche Surcouf mercredi. Bien qu'il s'agisse de la journée la plus chaude de l'année, elle était très agréable. Le personnel à bord était extrêmement sympathique et la nourriture était excellente. Nous avons profité d'une excursion le long du Canal du Midi en passant par quatre écluses et en revenant dans l'après-midi. Nous ajouterons ce voyage à la liste des activités du club l'année prochaine.
