It is in a house in the center of Cugnaux, that every day is prepared fresh, local, home-made, seasonal, of course! And then, the card renews its proposals every week. It's hard to get bored! The plates turn to the French culinary tradition and grandmothers' recipes, but on some occasions, are also inspired by more distant flavors. The atmosphere is one of conviviality and sharing.

Pour les entrées, plats et desserts, il y a 3 choix à chaque fois. Point positif le choix entre un plat avec du poisson, de la viande ou végétarien, vraiment pour tous les goûts ! Les desserts sont vraiment excellents, l’on voit que c’est fait maison !
:) En entrée, l’œuf parfait était impeccablement réalisé. Le magret de canard, tendre et savoureux, était accompagné d’un excellent accompagnement. Pour finir, le pain perdu, croustillant et moelleux, était un pur délice.
