L'Envie sage is not a bakery-pastry shop like the others. Located in Cornebarrieu, it has existed for almost twenty years and specializes in products made from organic ingredients. Jean-Marc and Béatrice Cires are indeed concerned about the quality of the products they offer to their customers by also buying from local producers. They also offer a wide range of breads and cakes, with a very useful feature for many "intolerant" gourmets: gluten-free pastries!
