An unusual location for this microbrewery: at the end of the airport runways! BBT Brasseur Toulousain, a family-run business launched with the help of equity financing, produces a top-fermented beer in the spirit of India Pale Ales. One side is a vast tasting area, the other the production unit. Six beers are brewed here. Tasting with charcuterie boards in a decor reminiscent of a sleek New York loft. Great atmosphere and regularly scheduled events.
