Staying at the "Domaine de Balous" is like stepping back in time. Set in a verdant park overlooking the Lac du Moulineau, this late 18th-century bourgeois house has retained the atmosphere of bygone days. The large bedrooms, all upstairs, are furnished in a resolutely old-fashioned style. For 35 years, owner Françoise has made her guests feel right at home. The garden is very pleasant in summer, and the nearby access to the lake (where swimming is permitted in summer) was a factor in the choice of this accommodation.
