Régina and François Barthes have a small farm nestled at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the upper Comminges, not far from Saint-Gaudens and Aspet. So they raise the ducks they care about, before turning them into their canning plant. Here you will find classics such as half-baked gras, neck stuffed, blocks, rillettes, but also garbure, duck, sausages, sausages, skewers… Please note that the Barthes have a catering activity for weddings, buffets, lounges and other events, on quotation only!
