La Ferme d'Espiau is located in the Larboust valley. An invigorating rustic atmosphere awaits you as you savor specialties simmered with local produce. Country-style pig's trotter, marinated Oô trout, grilled pork coustellous, duck aiguillettes, poached figs in Armagnac broth... Olivier loves authentic, tasty cuisine, and takes great pleasure in selecting the best products from producers in the various valleys. It's good, hearty and the view is incredible! Holidaymakers and locals alike are not mistaken!

We have been eating at the time of our holiday in the valley of the Lys, it is the best culinary memory of our stay! the setting is superb and the cheerful waiters and the meal a real treat with local produce, which is not widespread on Luchon!
