In May 2020, Aurélie Doumenc opened her boutique below her workshop in Colayrac-Saint-Cirq. A young, globe-trotting pastry chef who rubs shoulders with some of the best-known names in the field (Michalak...), this artisan of taste needed nothing more to get started. Petit Futé is delighted with the existence of this patisserie, where you can succumb to a pavlova, a black forest or a few house specialties such as the brioche crémentaise, the revisited mille-feuille... In short, we strongly recommend that you lose yourself in this cloud of delights.
