Frédéric, the boss, has criss-crossed the United States and his Franco-American spirit is found in the atmosphere and kitchen. For lunch, the waitresses welcome dozens of rancheros coming to take forces with good local or American dishes: Polynesian salad, steak barbecue sauce, duck gigolette stuffed with ceps, Apicus duck magret, Ricard gambas, poêle tartare, beef base… Chef's specialities: The pagonne for two people and the profiteroles, not forgetting the Orange Orange Cup… In the evening, after the meal, the atmosphere is at the rendez-vous from Friday with country concerts and the initiation to the line dance, disco, magic, karaoke, alikes… You will be embarrassed by the choice in the many festive evenings organized here.
