Wines and spirits Clermont-Soubiran

Catherine and Isabelle Orliac cultivate 10 ha of vines on their family estate of 30 ha. The sisters combine tradition and modernity to give birth to wines of character with long vatting periods. They produce red wines for laying down, matured in oak barrels, and pleasant and fruity rosés. Recently, following an ancestral family recipe, Catherine and Isabelle have been making "Family Secrets" aperitifs at low degrees, formerly served at the Court of Versailles.
