Court séjour - lieu pratique parce que proche de notre famille.
Je n'y viendrais peut-être pas pour des longs séjours. Proche d'une route calme les fins de semaine.
Forfait électricité à payer en sus (l'hiver seulement ?) sans compteur avec consommation visible... cela n'incite pas aux économies, ou a contrario pénalise le locataire qui fait attention, ou si la météo est clémente.
