Superb building offering a traditional cuisine with fresh products and some revisited specialties.
In August 2016, Jérémi Arnaud, experienced with renowned Toulouse establishments such as the Golden Circle, moved his establishment, then named the Estanquet, two kilometers to invest a domain in the countryside of the site called the Murailles. In this superb building, the kitchen, prepared with fresh produce, is traditional, copious, simple and fast at lunch time. The card changes monthly. Jérémi loves cooking as much as healing the dressing of each dish. He adds his touch, colorful and spicy to prepare a few specialties such as duck nems, candied lamb mouse, or mimosa eggs revisited. A friendly and friendly address, in a place that invites for relaxation, sometimes animated by a concert.
