Every Tuesday morning, Castillonnès wakes up to the rhythm of its market. From the early hours of the morning, the Place Jasmin, Grand'Rue and Place des Cornières are decked out in color and fragrance. Crisp breads, farmhouse cheeses, goat's cheese logs, poultry, fish, juicy Dordogne strawberries and seasonal vegetables create a delicious picture. Foies gras, confits, traditional pâtés and organic products complete the picture. When the weather's fine, the main street comes alive with joy, making this a friendly market not to be missed.
