Immersed in the refined ambience of an elegant bourgeois residence, Petit Futé can't decide what he liked best about his meal. The extreme delicacy of the appetizers? The crisp spelt bread served warm with toasted butter? The balanced and surprising marriage of the flavors of poached foie gras, citrus and bitter cocoa? The touch of spruce with chocolate and pear? The originality of the plate presentation? The grace of the service? We were won over by it all. A sumptuous example of French gastronomy.
