Immersed in the refined ambience of an elegant bourgeois residence, Petit Futé struggles to choose his favorite dish. Is it the extreme delicacy of the appetizers, the crusty spelt bread served warm with its toasted bread butter, the astonishing marriage of poached foie gras, citrus and bitter cocoa, the touch of spruce with chocolate and pear, or the originality of the presentations on the plates? We were won over by everything, from the gracious service to the sumptuous cuisine, a true example of French gastronomy.
