For 100 years, Domaine de Joÿ, a family-run winery located in the heart of Gascony and Bas Armagnac on 190 ha of vines, has combined know-how and terroir to offer you quality wines and armagnacs. Today, Olivier, Kévin and Vanessa Gessler vinify white, rosé and red wines sublimated by typical grape varieties, and distill the finest, most delicate eaux-de-vie. Low-pressure pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and air-conditioning in the winery ensure gentle aging.
