LA FERME DE HUSTET
Bastien Beaurain, farmer and canner, raises and processes his ducks. He produces a delicious range of gourmet specialties bearing the South-West stamp: foie gras, stuffed neck, confits, rillettes, pâtés, garbure, cassoulet... Some of the recipes, such as chili con canard, duck with prunes and "bologers" sauce, are out of the ordinary. Bastien is not just a duck breeder. An ark of animals tolook forward to: llamas, black pigs, wallabies, goats, donkeys... The park is open to visitors, provided they respect the animals' peace and quiet.
