He produces a delicious range of gastronomic specialties with the South-Western stamp: foie gras, stuffed neck, confits, rillettes, pâtés, garbure, cassoulet... Some recipes are out of the ordinary, such as chili con canard, duck with prunes or "bologna" sauce. Bastien not only raises ducks, but also llamas, black pigs, wallabies, goats, donkeys... The park can be visited freely, as long as you respect the quietness of the animals.
