Le Vigneron is an institution in the village of Buzet-sur-Baïse, the assurance for more than 35 years of a good meal. Tripe with tomato, wood pigeon confit, calf's head with ravigote sauce, beef cheek with Buzet wine, Basque cod au gratin, hazelnuts of deer a la plancha...
