Here, 18 hectares are dedicated mainly to Petit and Gros Manseng. Cécile, the owner, cherishes both her vineyard and her horses on this sublime estate with its typical Gascon house and stone cellar. Vintage vinegars are made here, and one floor of the winery is reserved for maturing balsamics. These handcrafted vinegars require 3 years or more of ageing in barrels made from carefully selected woods, and are guaranteed to contain no added flavours, additives or preservatives. A warm welcome awaits your visit.
