Dominique and Stéphanie Ferret have a passion for the vineyard and produce one of the finest Côtes-de-Gascogne wines available. Guillaman's dry white wine (80% colombard and ugni blanc) shines with its crystal clear color. The power of its nose gives a beautiful fruity complexity. The mellow blend of petit and gros manseng has the pretty name of "Frissons d'automne". The family home on the estate is said to have belonged to the Ursuline convent in Gondrin, which may explain the IHS monograms engraved above the doors.
