The land and vines of Domaine de Cassagnoles have been worked for several centuries by father and daughter. Laure is now at the helm of the 60-hectare estate, which is farmed using sustainable viticulture and has been certified High Environmental Value since 2016. Mainly focused on Armagnac until the early 1970s, the estate has expanded and taken an interest in other grape varieties to produce flocs but also wine. The owners also offer delicacies such as fruits in armagnac or macerated in wine.

Dominique and Stéphanie Ferret have a passion for the vineyard and produce one of the finest Côtes-de-Gascogne wines available. Guillaman's dry white wine (80% colombard and ugni blanc) shines with its crystal clear color. The power of its nose gives a beautiful fruity complexity. The mellow blend of petit and gros manseng has the pretty name of"Frissons d'automne". The family home on the estate is said to have belonged to the Ursuline convent in Gondrin, which may explain the IHS monograms engraved above the doors.

In a restored farmhouse surrounded by vineyards, the Gratian family invites you to discover their production of Armagnac and Floc de Gascogne white and rosé. Located in the heart of the Ténarèze, the Domaine Polignac organizes a visit of the vineyard and the Armagnac cellar (reception and sales room for individuals and groups).
