When the sun shines, the century-old terrace shaded by wisteria invites you to sit back and relax. Gourmets will be delighted by the cuisine's focus on local, seasonal ingredients. Specialties such as duck foie gras marbled with Lillet blanc, braised sweetbreads with butternut and chestnut pissaladière, or nougat glacé with rum raisins and caramelized nougatine chips are simply delicious.
