At Ferme de Bidache, you'll receive a warm welcome from Audrey, head of the family farm. She looks after her black Gascon pigs, which roam over 50 hectares. A visit to the farm starts with a treasure hunt - to find the animals. The maternity area is particularly popular with the little ones. This is where the sows give birth, and with around a hundred births a year, you're sure to see the mothering sows and their young. Une belle exploitation familiale avec des propriétaires passionnés, des bons produits fabriqué par la propriétaire et une belle visite avec le propriétaire je recommande

Super accueil des propriétaires, on sent leur passion pour leur métier et leurs animaux. Ils ont su prendre le temps de tout nous expliquer et répondre à nos questions avec une grande bienveillance (malgré l'averse qui nous tombait dessus!). La viande est de très grande qualité. Ça vaut le détour pour les amateurs de gastronomie et de patrimoine local.
