These Charolais breed farmers act as ambassadors for their organic meat, which is available in burgers, grills or dishes simmered by the chef and his team. Opened in 2018, this country-style restaurant was an immediate and well-deserved success. Produce is sourced from the region's best farms and displayed in full transparency on a chalkboard in the dining room. A fine selection of wines accompanies this moment of grace.
