The delicious specialties of this honorable Auscitaine house punctuate the year: Easter cakes, Christmas logs and even the crown of kings. But don't miss the Gascon specialty: pastis with its crunchy puff pastry, generously drizzled with Armagnac. Since 1957, Maison Collongues has been perpetuating its traditional know-how in bakery, patisserie and chocolate-making. And it's still going strong. The company has four stores in Auch, including a tearoom (at 4 and 6 rue Dessoles) in the historic center. Ideal for a gourmet break!

Suite à l'achat de croissants il y a u un souci j'ai par le passé et aléatoirement acheté des croissants qui était excellent mais pour une fois les croissants n'étaient pas super bon ont c'est demander si le boulanger n'était pas fatigué et sans le vouloir raté quelque chose
