You won't want to miss this store selling regional products at the foot of the cathedral. The Ramajo family raises ducks and geese in Dému, transforming them into fine local products. The preserves and prepared dishes feature foies gras, of course, but also stuffed neck, garbure, cassoulet... A fresh department offers sausages, fresh and dried duck breasts and the ever-popular duck hearts. Nous sommes venu à 12h un dimanche pour prendre un sandwich et nous nous sommes fait renvoyer après une longue attente. La commerçante n a pas voulu nous servir sous prétexte qu elle avait des clients plus importants… la prochaine fois ne proposez pas de sandwich dans votre magasin alors !
