You won't want to miss this store selling regional products at the foot of the cathedral. The Ramajo family raises ducks and geese in Dému, transforming them into fine local products. The preserves and prepared dishes feature foies gras, of course, but also stuffed neck, garbure, cassoulet... A fresh department offers sausages, fresh and dried duck breasts and the ever-popular duck hearts. For lunchtime tastings: Gascon salad, foie gras sandwich, goose stew, garbure, duck with prunes, croustade...

Une superbe vitrine qui invite à entrer dans les lieux et y découvrir un grand nombre de produits et spécialité du GERS, foies gras d'oie et de canard, magrets séchés, confits, rillettes, terrines et saucissons.
Les adultes iront à l'étage pour choisir des alcools, dont un armagnac du crû.
La boutique est belle, l'accueil des plus sympathiques et les prix corrects.
