Le Chemin des sources et des bains, on foot or by mountain bike

For this walk, we take you to the green - and the blue! Starting from Castelnau-Barbarens, discover in a few 8 kilometres the springs and baths around the village. Used for cures between the 19th and 20th centuries (you will come across several testimonies of this period in La Queque and Embernelli), they are now pleasant hiking routes. Between wooded paths and country paths, there are beautiful views of the Pyrenees and the village. Take the opportunity to get some fresh air too!
