Created on the initiative of the Gers Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the "Tables du Gers" label brings together a network of restaurateurs who share the same culinary values and work hand in hand with local producers. The 33 certified restaurants and 75 partner producers in the Gers are all committed to a local, responsible approach to quality.
