Pascale Salam Joubert trained with Michelin-starred chefs, opened a Gascon restaurant in New York with Ariane Daguin, then returned to her homeland to open her own cooking workshop in 2006. Her classes last between one and three hours, and the chef offers a range of cutting-edge themes: "anti-gaspi" cooking, bistronomic menus, pastries, Italian menus, ideas for aperitifs... You can take your creations home with you, or enjoy them on the spot! Pascale also offers children's workshops.
